Generate a proposal, contract or other defined document from a input form or Excel Workbook
Depending on your needs this can be accomplished via a worksheet or a custom built input form with drop-down menus, pop-up calendars, automatic calculations, etc. can be developed for Excel or Word. A Word template will be created which contain “building block fields” for each data value. The building blocks can be duplicated an unlimited number of times throughout the document. To generate the proposal or invoice you will simply click a custom menu button which will transfer the information entered in the form/workbook, populate the document. Information mentioned multiple times in a document need only be entered once. The code will update those values in the document as many times as there is a corresponding field to regenerate a new updated document in seconds (including in headers and footers).
